Acceptance of terms

By registering an account or using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance.

Account eligibility

One account per person is permitted. Accounts must be registered using accurate personal information. Providing false details, opening duplicate accounts, or allowing a third party to operate your account are grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance. Players must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under local law.

Account verification

We apply Know Your Customer procedures to all accounts. Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address dated within 3 months, and ownership confirmation for the payment method used. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days in standard cases.

Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is NZ$20 for bonus-eligible transactions and NZ$10 for standard play. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is NZ$7,000, with a monthly withdrawal limit of NZ$20,000 for standard accounts. A fee of 15% or NZ$10, whichever is greater, applies to each withdrawal transaction. Higher limits are available through the VIP programme for qualifying players.

Bonus terms

All bonuses are subject to a 40x wagering requirement applied to the combined total of the bonus and the qualifying deposit. The maximum bet per spin or hand with an active bonus is NZ$4. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Free spin winnings are subject to a 25x wagering requirement. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in the bonus being voided without prior notice.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Duplicate accounts: registering more than one account per person or household
• Bonus abuse: exploiting promotional offers or coordinating with others to manipulate wagering outcomes
• False information: providing inaccurate personal details during registration or verification
• Chargebacks: initiating payment disputes for transactions made in good faith on the platform
• Technical exploitation: using software, scripts, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players

Responsible gambling

We are committed to responsible gambling and reserve the right to impose limits, request additional verification, or suspend an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is at risk of gambling-related harm. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the Curacao Gaming Control Board under the terms of licence OGL/2024/284/0863.
